Department of Nuclear Medicine
The department is equipped with single photon emission computed tomography - SPECT gamma camera Philips Medical Systems, capable of carrying out the following Nuclear-medical investigations:

• Brain perfusion scintigraphy.
• Brain scintigraphy with tumor imaging agent /MIBI/.
• Brain scintigraphy with DаTSCAN for Parkinsonism.
• Wholebody skeletal scintigraphy.
• Thyroid scintigraphy with captation.
• Parathyroid scintigraphy.
• Salivary glands scintigraphy.
• Kidney scintigraphy.
• Perfusion lung scintigraphy.
• MIBI scintigraphy for malignant breast tumors.
• Myocardial scintigraphy.

The department works with the National Health Insurance Fund /NHIF/.
